For context, I haven't been to this bar before. Or, at least, not until I decided to take a sneak peak this afternoon. I also wanted to take a break from going to the Heights Bar down the street. Mainly because it's football Sunday, and it gets aggressive and crazy at times there. Eating here, however, appeared to be one that will lead to a good experience filled with conversations and happy memories. The ambience here is stellar. It has all the vibes of a New York City, specifically Chelsea bar. It is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and incredibly customer oriented. Everyone is so friendly that you will feel like you know them for ages! Still, it is five stars here! Harry, Ava, and Peter are great people. They are willing to conversate, talk through their individual lives, and spend a good time to get to know you. They have happy hour here, but only during the weekdays. The music is faint, but it seems to be calming. I recommend eating here. The prices can be pricey, but that is reasonable. I look forward for my next outing here! The complementary water gives it a good touch! So you never really need to ask for it. Update: Peter gave me free wings and beer. After sitting here for 2 hours! What a wonderful surprise! Didn't expect it! Update 2: I never expected my review to reach that many people. It gets rowdy in here. Especially on Saturday nights. Nico, Julio, James, and Cassidy are excellent at bartending, even during the busiest time (5pm, to be exact.) I recommend closing out earlier. Update 3: They have Christmas-themed cocktails! Definitely try them!
Very nice time at the new Ridge House. Dining room remodel looks great. Food was very good. Great portion size. Made a reservation for 5:45p on a Saturday and was seated promptly. Good place for children at this time.
Went to go check out the Ridge House after we found out our beloved Gus’ shut down. This place has the great cocktails that we loved about Gus but with even better food! We got the shishito peppers, chicken parm and fish and chips. Everything was amazing, service was amazing. We chatted with the owner, Peter, who is awesome. Can’t wait to go back. Tip: make a reservation before you go!!
Everything about my experience here was top tier. The service and the food was phenomenal, and the ambiance was immaculate. 10/10 recommend coming here either on a date night or with your friends and family. Highly accommodating and professional staff. Not pictured are our cocktails, which also were outstanding. We will definitely be coming back!
I hardly take the time to write a review.. however, my fiancé and I were so impressed with the food! He wanted to go to a Spanish restaurant and I decided that we stay as we were both hungry.. it was the best decision, not only is the food tasty, the drinks were made to perfection!! The bulgogi tacos were deliciously made the seasonings, condiments were a true science. I’ve had these tacos before at other restaurants, and there was no comparison. The menu at Ridge house was made with a lot of consideration in the seasonings and pairings.. I would give this restaurant a 10! I had the chicken and kale salad and my fiancé had chicken with pilaf rice, we savored every bite and that is the best salad I’ve ever had in my life. I will definitely be going back!
We had an outstanding experience at The Ridge House! We started off with the fried mozzarella and the bulgogi tacos as appetizers—both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For our main courses, I had the pork chop, which was cooked perfectly and so tender, and my wife had the steak, which was equally amazing. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the entire evening. Overall, everything from start to finish was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
This place is unbelievable! The food was delicious - the kale salad is the best thing I have ever tried!! Don’t forget to try the cookie sundae for dessert 🤤 The service was amazing, and the place is beautiful. The christmas decorations from the outside to inside are spectacular! A must for date night!
Had a wonderful lunch experience at The Ridge House! The service was attentive and well timed, that perfect balance. The food was fresh and full of flavor. If you’re a salad lover, don’t sleep on the kale salad, it was crisp, well seasoned, and genuinely impressive. Whether you’re coming with girlfriends or on a date, this place delivers the right atmosphere for both. Will definitely be back!
Beautiful restaurant with a nice atmosphere and great food. Went for a birthday dinner during the week. The staff was very attentive and friendly. All of the food was very good. I had the Hawaiian marinated steak and it was a very generous portion. We also had the dip appetizer and calamari, both were good. My favorite was the bread pudding. Will def go back
Had a Great experience, appetizer dip trio is delicious. Very very Popular appetizer option. Pizza was good, hot honey was a nice touch. We ordered the Hawaiian steak, the new York strip sandwich, the fried chicken sandwich and lemon and butter chicken. Everything was excellent, fresh and tasty. 5 stars. Steak temp was a bit off, ordered medium, it came out very rare. But other than that, definitely try this place!
